The Hotel Development & Investment – Sustainable Solutions workshop/forum guides us through the whole life cycle of sustainable hotel projects – from the project concept, business study, financing and development to investing, asset management, property operation and disposition.

HDI Vienna 2022 is a workshop where stakeholders in hotel projects will interact and consider services and solutions for sustainable property development and hotel operations.  It is a forum for hotel and property development professionals to discuss and promote solutions for sustainable hotels and the built environment.

The HDI workshop/forum promotes sustainable circular solutions for hotel projects along the entire value chain and the whole life cycle from all project participants.  The sustainable development of projects calls for sustainable architecture and design, sustainable procurement, sustainable construction, sustainable financing, sustainable investing, sustainable operation as well as sustainable property disposition and deconstruction.
